Should I make an appointment?


Absolutely. We are a small boutique with limited appointment times each day.  We only works by appointment so we can ensure our brides to have full attention. Please take your fitting time seriously and if you have to cancel please be sure to give us 24 hours notice.


When should I start looking for a dress?


In our experience, 10 months is the ideal length of time. This will enable you to have a couple of months gathering ideas and inspiration but still leave you with an adequate amount of time to place your order in accordance with our designers’ lead times. 


What should I bring at my appointment?


It can help if you bring pictures of wedding dresses that you have found in magazines or online that you like.  Also, You are going to be hopping in and out of dresses, so first of all we suggest you wear underwear that you don’t mind being seen in! You can bring your own nude bra or shape wear. Also bring along the shoes at the height your prefer to wear at your wedding day. But be aware excessive make-up is not recommended.


How many people may I bring with me?


Choosing your wedding dress is an important decision! We encourage you to bring one or two close family members or friends who you value and trust. 


What sizes are your sample dresses?

The majority of our gowns are sampled in US size 4 - 6.


Do you carry grooms wear?

No. Here we are all about the bride and bridesmaids! We carry wedding gowns and a collection of veils and headpieces.


When should I order if I buy my wedding dress?


On average, most wedding gowns take 6 to 9 months to arrive in our shop once they are ordered. For brides with an immediate need, we can work with the designers for a rush order but there are additional charges.

Do you have an in-house seamstress?


Yes. You are well taken care by our experience seamstresses that specialize in bridal gowns. Basic alteration services are included in the rental / sales packages.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, ATM bank-in, VISA or MASTER card.


We require a non-refundable deposit at the time of rental or purchase of the dresses. The balance of your dress is due when you come for your first fitting. Please be aware that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges and that all rentals / sales are therefore final.
